• Belongings Therapy sessions (guided reflection sessions held virtually via video or phone)

• Printed logbooks (available for purchase through Amazon or directly from Amanda Sadden)

All sessions are non-clinical and designed for reflective, educational, and personal development purposes only.

3. Session Guidelines

• All sessions are held virtually (video or audio) unless otherwise arranged.

• Each session lasts approximately one hour.

• Sessions are designed for personal insight and reflection, not as medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

• Participants should be 18 years or older, or have written consent from a parent/guardian.

4. Payment and Booking

• Session fees must be paid in full at the time of booking through the website or an approved invoice link.

• Accepted payments include Stripe, PayPal, or other listed payment methods.

• Prices are listed in USD (or NZD where applicable).

• All digital products (PDF guides) are delivered electronically upon payment.

• Printed copies of Bellogs are sold through Amazon or in-person, and follow Amazon’s separate policies for shipping and returns.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life changes.

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be refundable.

• If a session must be canceled by My Bellogs (due to emergency or technical issue), you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule option.

6. Refund Policy

• Digital downloads (such as PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered.

• Physical copies of Bellogs purchased through Amazon follow Amazon’s return policy.

• Session fees are refundable only if canceled within the outlined timeframe above.

7. Confidentiality and Conduct

All conversations in sessions are treated as confidential.
Your reflections, stories, or personal information will not be shared without your written consent.
We expect mutual respect and integrity during all communications.
Any disrespectful, harmful, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services.

8. Disclaimer

Belongings Therapy and My Bellogs do not provide clinical therapy or medical treatment.
Our sessions and materials are designed for self-reflection, education, and personal growth.
If you are experiencing distress or require clinical mental health care, please contact a licensed therapist or emergency service provider.
