I’m Amanda Sadden, creator of Bellogs: Belongings Therapy and an M.A. student of Family Therapy. This isn’t traditional therapy, it’s a real, grounded conversation about what’s weighing on you, guided through the things you keep in your life. We’ll talk, reflect, and find calm together, one belonging at a time.
Here’s how it works:
Grab the book: Order The Belongings Therapy Guidebook by Bellogs on Amazon, or get a copy directly from me.
Choose your session: You pick how long we meet, $1 per minute, up to 3 hours.
Pick your space: Google Meet, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Zoom, whatever’s comfortable.
Decide your pace: Daily, weekly, or whenever you need a reset.
Pay your way: Add your session to the cart and check out online, or get an email invoice after.
Every conversation is completely confidential, no diagnosis, no judgment, just reflection and relief.
